TEC - PISCO

In this lesson the whole PISCO procedure is put together.

In addition the TEC procedure is applied to different stages of the PISCO procedure.

The Target-Expand-Contract (TEC) operation can be applied to anything, so any point in the PISCO operation can be considered a suitable "target."
