CONCLUDE Much of the effectiveness of thinking may be wasted if there is no definite conclusion at the end. The conclusion may not be the one intended but it can still be definite, e.g., 'We are unable to solve this problem" is a definite conclusion. OPERATION Ask the question: What is the conclusion?
